Deu a louca na Ellen!
Rapidinho, rapidinho...Calma aí! Nem tão rapidinho... Deixa eu contar as novidades.
Já sabem do dia V, não é?! Estão torcendo por mim?!
Ai, ai, as vezes nem acredito. Na verdade, eu acredito sim! Eu tenho fé que está viagem está no coração de Deus para o meu coração. Tudo está saindo muito bem... as vezes rápido, as vezes um pouco mais lento, mas está tudo acontecendo.
Outro dia deu a louca no chapeuzinho...Ops! Deu a louca na Ellen mesmo!
Dá para acreditar que eu, Ellen Cristina, peguei uma tesoura e fiz uma franja em mim mesma?! Ééééééé verdade! Desespero mesmo! Por quê? Não sei se é genética, se é má alimentação ou tensão por causa do programa au pair, mas meu cabelo está caindo. Estou ficando "carequinha"... Ai, ai, só faltava isso. Tá, mas eu vou ao médico ver isso.
A verdade é que meu namorado não gostou muito. Em contrapartida, minha mãe adorou. E eu? Eu fiquei surpresa. Não sabia que tinha uma mão tão boa para corte de cabelos. Porque o corte ficou legal. Não dou 100%, mas 80% eu daria. E olha que foi minha primeira vez...segunda...(risos) Depois eu coloco uma foto do antes e do agora (só quando eu tiver muiiiiita coragem).
Também quero contar que estou saindo do Instituto Embelleze. Se tudo der certo, creio que segunda é meu último dia lá. Até que enfim! Eu quero vida! Preciso de vida! Eu amo meu estágio, mas está me consumindo demais. Não tenho um dia para mim. Trabalhar até domingo é dose...

Não caia no golpe de e-mails falsos
Olá amigos, saudades. Saudades de postar algo.
Gente, recebi 2 e-mails de pessoas que leram meu blog perguntando como sei se os convites que recebo são falsos.
Para quem não teve paciência de ler meus primeiros posters, que é onde eu narro uma experiência minha com um desses convites falsos, eu cheguei quase a cair num destes golpes. Só não caí porque Deus não permitiu com o auxílio de um amigo muito querido.
Comecei a observar as características destes e-mails e ficar mais atenta. Fiz, então, uma relação de 8 dicas para você ter certeza que o convite é falso. Na vida há muitas exceções, mas, sinceramente, não confie no e-mail que recebeu caso ele apresente estas características abaixo, porque é arriscar muito a sua vida por tão pouco.
Aí vão as dicas:
1- Observe se no e-mail convite está direcionado a você em exclusivo. Tenho reparado que nos e-mails falsos nunca vêm com o nome da pessoa. É muito comum eles começarem com "Hi/Hello there". Você pode reparar também que em todo o e-mail, eles não citam uma vez sequer seu nome.
2- O salário que estão lhe oferecendo está alto??? Geralmente eles oferecem em torno de 800 a 1500 Libras mensais, isso quando é convite para a Inglaterra. Não importa de onde seja o convite, quando receber a proposta, pesquise qual é a média salarial de uma au pair no país; se estiver muito acima, então a probabilidade de serem impostores é alta.
3- Observem os erros ortográficos e gramaticais do convite. Eles, na maioria das vezes, vêm cheios de erros. Qualquer um tem direito de cometer erros na escrita, mas existem erros que nenhum nativo que tem condições de sustentar uma au pair em sua casa cometeria.
4- Se tiver dúvidas, mostre o interesse pelo convite. Se no próximo e-mail vier contatos da "agência da família" para lhe dar suporte a conseguir o visto de "trabalho", então caia fora!!! Furada na certa!
5- Mostre interesse pela família...afinal, você tem que saber para quem vai trabalhar, que crianças vai cuidar. Faça perguntas sobre as crianças, suas personalidades, suas preferências, enfim, tudo que for possível para detalhar a família e suas características. Se for uma família impostora, ela não terá paciência para responder nada, ou então será tudo muito superficial; superficial mesmo!
6- Que tal pedir um contato maior com a família? Conversar pelo Messenger ou pelo Skype é uma ótima idéia. Eles evitam muito estes contatos diretos, principalmente se exigir uma conversa com webcam. Ou eles estão trabalhando muito, ou estão com o computador quebrado ou, simplesmente, desaparecem do mapa.
7- Recebeu foto da família? Então repare se estão juntos. Seja insaciável, volta e meia, peça mais fotos da família. Junto com as fotos, peça descrição da situação de uma forma que eles sempre tenham que repetir o nome da família, o local onde moram, enfim, detalhes. Já aconteceu comigo da mãe no e-mail convite dizer que o nome do menino era X e nas fotos citá-lo com Z. Perguntei o motivo, ela nunca respondeu.
8- Procure observar os endereços eletrônicos do remetente(o endereço do e-mail). Teve uma vez que recebi dois e-mails com propostas de au pair de um mesmo endereço eletrônico. Num a família se chamava A e com a história "blá-blá-blá". No dia seguinte, recebo do mesmo endereço eletrônico um convite com a história "blá-blá-blá", mas da família se chamava B. Foi muiiiiito vacilo deles, mas aconteceu, por incrível que pareça. Por isso, fique atento, isso também pode o ajudar a descartar uma proposta.

E-mails falsos - endereço não é segurança
Olá amigos,
Como prometido, eu vou publicar mais um tópico do "ABC do Programa Au Pair", mas quero deixar primeiro dois e-mails falsos que recebi.
Vamos aos e-mails falsos:
" HI! I am Mr. Penelope Wilson 38 Years Old,From usa.i am a Business man and I work in Car company in United Kingdom and i dont usually stays home unless during weekends.My contact address in London l63 Henrietta Street//Leigh/Lancs/WN7 1LH/UK. I will like you to know that i have just one kid which name is Lucsy Wilson 2 years old I want an aupair nanny for my kid because he is the only one left at home,and his mother is very busy woman . And i have an apartment room for he/she that would be taking care of my kid in the house.So i will like you to know that i will be paying you 800 pounds for every four weeks and a pocket money of 150 pounds per week for the buying of some things for your self and i will also be responsible for some of the money for your traveling documents but you have to agree that you are the one to pay for your flight ticket to the traveling ticket agent.And the working hour is just 7 hours per day and your responsibility in my house is just to take care of my Kid, cooking ,taking him on shopping ,taking him to the school bus will pick them up from which is just 2 km ahead from home.And also you have a private room batroom toilet, TV and also if you wish to be having free period from 5 pm to 6 pm is acceptable.So i will like you to get back to me if you are interested in being my aupair nanny for my kid.So i hope to hear from you soon.My Wife is more introverted and enjoys listening to music. Andei reparando que muitos e-mails falsos estão vindo com endereço. Quero alertar que quando a família coloca o suposto endereço de sua residência, NÃO é a garantia de que seja uma família idônea ou verdadeira. Como exemplo, cito minha própria experiência, cuja a família enviou o endereço e, por coincidência, ou proteção divina, um amigo meu havia morado bem próximo da região e procurou averiguar com um outro amigo que continuava a morar no local o endereço me passado no e-mail. A resposta? Não havia nenhuma residência! Era uma rua totalmente comercial. E o número da suposta residência havia uma empresa de seguros. Portanto, não confie apenas no endereço. Não faça dele seu alicerce. Comece observando se no e-mail que te enviaram vem direcionado a você mesmo, ou seja, já vem citando seu nome. Caso contrário, nem vale a pena se iludir.

Uma bagagem de novidades!!!
Volteiiii!!! Tanto tempo sem escrever, não é? Mas estou aqui para todos que quiserem ler. Tanta coisa para relatar...Nem posso deixar de postar, porque quero reler meu passado...Olhar para trás e poder dizer "ainda esperança...eu passei por isso e sobrevivi...".
Ahhhh, vamos começar logo!!! Estou ansiosa!
Hummmm, por onde começar... Risos... Pelo que mais está me fazendo feliz!!!
Eiii, minha história com o Príncipe não terminou! Eu já sabia disso... É isso mesmo, nós voltamos! Tivemos uma conversa dentro do carro no nosso cantinho aqui do Rio e expomos todos nossos objetivos. Um dia antes, ele ligou para mim e pediu para pensar com carinho como poderíamos voltar, realizar nossas metas, sem sacrificar um ao outro. Ele foi tão sincero, o pedido foi tão intenso que eu não pude dormir em paz. Passei a noite pensando numa solução. E a encontrei! No dia seguinte eu pus para ele minhas sugestões e ele concordou. Quais foram elas??? Bom, o que foi acordado:
- Eu faço o programa de au pair em 2008, no máximo até o primeiro semestre para embarcar e fico até março/2009
- Nos casamos em maio/2009
Programa de au pair em 2008??? É isso mesmo! E não será mais para a Inglaterra. Preciso ir o mais rápido possível. O objetivo não é mais o mesmo...agora eu quero mais que tudo priorizar o inglês que conhecer a Inglaterra (meu grande sonho!).
Casamento??? Risos. Sim, CASAMENTO!!! E por que não?! Uma hora eu terei que passar por isso, já que encontrei a pessoa que me faz feliz. Passei por altos e baixos, eu cheguei a pensar que não o amava mais...que tola...nunca o deixei de amar. Quando longe...nossa, que falta me fazia! Como apertava aqui dentro...Mas agora passou, estamos noivos novamente!!! E com casamento marcado.
Voltando ao programa de au pair...me inscrevi na agência World Study. Fui em um dia com o Rafa pegar as informações, mas já estavam fechando a loja, não deu tempo. Voltei lá na sexta-feira (14/12) e fiz minha inscrição. Foi surpresa, porque na realidade, eu havia ido apenas para buscar informações de como fazer a inscrição, mas Rafael olhou para mim e perguntou: "Quer fazer a inscrição agora?". Olhei para ele e saíu: "Quero!" E assim foi!!! Que irônia o príncipe pagar, não? Tinha que ser príncipe mesmo!
Caramba, nem acredito! Fiquei toda boba... Fiquei pensando nisso o dia todo. No dia seguinte, não sei como, mas quando percebi, eu estava acordada orando em pensamento para que Deus me abençoasse.
E como fica minha mãe?! Sinceramente, ela nem sabe ainda... Não contei para ninguém. É segredo meu e do Rafa. Quando enviar o application e ele for aprovado, então eu conto para minha família. Não sei qual será a reação deles, mas com certeza, não dará para voltar atrás... Minha mãe quer tanto que eu case com o Rafa que tenho certeza que ela me apoiará sabendo que é para nosso bem. Também tenho certeza que ela ficará bem sem mim... tenho a observado muito esses dias. Dia 20/12 seria o aniversário da minha avó. Está chegando...vamos ver como ela passará por este dia. Fico confiante. Conversei com o Rafa e combinamos de contar tudo juntos.
E o processo do intercâmbio andando...
Estou trabalhando também!!! É verdade! Eu comecei em novembro... sou funcionária temporária numa loja de um shopping. Para quem conhece o Rio de Janeiro, eu estou trabalhando no Shopping Carioca como operadora de caixa. Minha primeira experiência como operadora de caixa... e tenho que confessar, eu não sou mais a mesma! Minhas mãos, que tanto tinha orgulho, estão tão feias... Não consigo deixar minhas unhas crescerem para pintá-las... tudo isso por causa do alarme que tenho que tirar das roupas. Mas não é só isso, está sendo ótimo porque eu estou lidando com o público, isso tem feito eu ficar menos inibida... Estou gostando...menos do horário! Eu pego de 14:00h às 22:00h e trabalho domingo sim domingo não. É muito cansativo e eu moro muito longe...chego em casa quase 01:00 da manhã. E as faculdades? Acredita que ainda estou tendo aula na facul de pedagogia??? Pois é...terminam nesta semana...E a faculdade de dança...nossa, quanto trabalho me deu!!! Quase dei um treco porque comecei a trabalhar sem antes ter terminado as aulas na faculdade de dança... tive que fazer provas no horário da manhã...sorte que estava na última semana.
Nesse meio tempo também fui assaltada pela primeira vez (e espero que seja a última!). Pois é...estava voltando do trabalho e, de repente, passa uma moto com 2 rapazes e leva minha bolsa. Eiii, minha história com o Príncipe não terminou! Eu já sabia disso... É isso mesmo, nós voltamos! Tivemos uma conversa dentro do carro no nosso cantinho aqui do Rio e expomos todos nossos objetivos. Um dia antes, ele ligou para mim e pediu para pensar com carinho como poderíamos voltar, realizar nossas metas, sem sacrificar um ao outro. Ele foi tão sincero, o pedido foi tão intenso que eu não pude dormir em paz. Passei a noite pensando numa solução. E a encontrei! No dia seguinte eu pus para ele minhas sugestões e ele concordou. Quais foram elas??? Bom, o que foi acordado:
- Eu faço o programa de au pair em 2008, no máximo até o primeiro semestre para embarcar e fico até março/2009
- Nos casamos em maio/2009
Programa de au pair em 2008??? É isso mesmo! E não será mais para a Inglaterra. Preciso ir o mais rápido possível. O objetivo não é mais o mesmo...agora eu quero mais que tudo priorizar o inglês que conhecer a Inglaterra (meu grande sonho!).
Casamento??? Risos. Sim, CASAMENTO!!! E por que não?! Uma hora eu terei que passar por isso, já que encontrei a pessoa que me faz feliz. Passei por altos e baixos, eu cheguei a pensar que não o amava mais...que tola...nunca o deixei de amar. Quando longe...nossa, que falta me fazia! Como apertava aqui dentro...Mas agora passou, estamos noivos novamente!!! E com casamento marcado.
Voltando ao programa de au pair...me inscrevi na agência World Study. Fui em um dia com o Rafa pegar as informações, mas já estavam fechando a loja, não deu tempo. Voltei lá na sexta-feira (14/12) e fiz minha inscrição. Foi surpresa, porque na realidade, eu havia ido apenas para buscar informações de como fazer a inscrição, mas Rafael olhou para mim e perguntou: "Quer fazer a inscrição agora?". Olhei para ele e saíu: "Quero!" E assim foi!!! Que irônia o príncipe pagar, não? Tinha que ser príncipe mesmo!
Caramba, nem acredito! Fiquei toda boba... Fiquei pensando nisso o dia todo. No dia seguinte, não sei como, mas quando percebi, eu estava acordada orando em pensamento para que Deus me abençoasse.
E como fica minha mãe?! Sinceramente, ela nem sabe ainda... Não contei para ninguém. É segredo meu e do Rafa. Quando enviar o application e ele for aprovado, então eu conto para minha família. Não sei qual será a reação deles, mas com certeza, não dará para voltar atrás... Minha mãe quer tanto que eu case com o Rafa que tenho certeza que ela me apoiará sabendo que é para nosso bem. Também tenho certeza que ela ficará bem sem mim... tenho a observado muito esses dias. Dia 20/12 seria o aniversário da minha avó. Está chegando...vamos ver como ela passará por este dia. Fico confiante. Conversei com o Rafa e combinamos de contar tudo juntos.
E o processo do intercâmbio andando...
Estou trabalhando também!!! É verdade! Eu comecei em novembro... sou funcionária temporária numa loja de um shopping. Para quem conhece o Rio de Janeiro, eu estou trabalhando no Shopping Carioca como operadora de caixa. Minha primeira experiência como operadora de caixa... e tenho que confessar, eu não sou mais a mesma! Minhas mãos, que tanto tinha orgulho, estão tão feias... Não consigo deixar minhas unhas crescerem para pintá-las... tudo isso por causa do alarme que tenho que tirar das roupas. Mas não é só isso, está sendo ótimo porque eu estou lidando com o público, isso tem feito eu ficar menos inibida... Estou gostando...menos do horário! Eu pego de 14:00h às 22:00h e trabalho domingo sim domingo não. É muito cansativo e eu moro muito longe...chego em casa quase 01:00 da manhã. E as faculdades? Acredita que ainda estou tendo aula na facul de pedagogia??? Pois é...terminam nesta semana...E a faculdade de dança...nossa, quanto trabalho me deu!!! Quase dei um treco porque comecei a trabalhar sem antes ter terminado as aulas na faculdade de dança... tive que fazer provas no horário da manhã...sorte que estava na última semana.
Nesse meio tempo também fui assaltada pela primeira vez (e espero que seja a última!). Pois é...estava voltando do trabalho e, de repente, passa uma moto com 2 rapazes e leva minha bolsa. Mais 2 e-mails com propostas falsas!
Ai, que saudades. Como eu sinto falta de escrever aqui!
Sabe, obtive resposta do meu e-mail com a Mom, na verdade, não foi através de outro e-mail, mas por uma conversa com ela pelo Messenger.
Eu não percebi que ela estava on-line, até que uma janela se abriu e era ela. Foi muito bom conversar com ela. Ela entendeu minha situação, mais uma vez mostrou-se carinhosa e compreensiva. Disse que estava ansiosa me esperando, mas que me apoiava em minha decisão sobre permanecer com minha mãe neste momento. Ela até me deu alguns conselhos... Disse também que gostaria muito de me conhecer algum dia...ai,ai, para falar a verdade, eu também. Ninguém é perfeito, mas acho que aquela família seria perfeita para mim...enfim... Ela continua em meus contatos do messenger e eu nos dela. Ela me envia algumas mensagens por e-mail muito bacanas também. Ela disse que não quer perder o contato comigo. Eu também nãããããão!!!
Agora falta avisar meu pai da minha escolha. Até agora não falei nada com ele sobre permanecer no Brasil por mais um ano. Quero terminar a faculdade, enquanto isso, o investimento da viagem ficará na poupança.

Feriadão maravilhoso
Que feriadãooooooooooo! Ahhhh, tudo que eu queria para justamente fazer NADA! Preguiçosa? Não, cansada mesmo! Quero dizer, estava né?! Porque hoje é o último dia do feriado. Dormi, estudei inglês, fui ao cinema ver Tropa de Elite ( aconselho a todos irem ao cinema assistí-lo), conversei com amigos na net, enfim, relaxei no feriadão. Tá certo que ainda tenho que fazer um fichamento de uma das disciplinas de dança, mas isso não é nada comparado ao NADA que eu fiz.

We want someone who will be a part of the family and really pitch in when needed. There would also be a lot of free time since we are always around. I take the kids to a lot of activities during the week, which would give the au pair free time that is not in the general description above. For example, Friday afternoons I take the kids to soccer from 3:30 until 5 pm.
My husband is English and I am American. My husband works from home and I only work part-time from home. We have both lived a great deal of time in other countries and enjoy traveling. É impressionante como os e-mails têm sempre as mesmas características! Ô povinho sem imaginação!
Agora falando da minha situação. Ai, meu Deus, como está difícil falar com a minha host mom. Ela estava com o computador ruim devido a vírus e agora que consertou a gente não consegue se encontrar. Quando eu estou ela não aparece, quando ela aparece eu acabei de sair da net!!! Engraçado foi ontem, fiquei o dia todo esperando por ela, até que de noite decidi sair. Meia hora depois eu volto só na curiosidade e encontro um " Where are you? X". Dá para acreditar? Estou esperando resposta dela para saber quanto a escola, se vai ser aquela ou não que eu indiquei a ela. Isso tudo para pedir o visto. Ai, ai!!! Aliás, já estamos em OUTUBRO!!! E eu quero ir antes do Natal! Estou tendo que ter muita paciência...tem que ter, não podemos ser afobados, enfim, hoje vou deixar o computador o dia todo on-line com a caixa de som no último volume, caso ela me chame e eu não esteja por perto.

The Au Pair will have her own room with a small balcony, which looks out on beautiful mountains and their own bathroom. You will have a computer with Internet access. Once you get a valid Nevada drivers license and experience driving, you will have use of the car and a cell phone (you will be responsible for your personal calls), as well as all you can eat.There will be plenty of free time for you to enjoy London and also make new friends and learn the English

We ask our au pair to be flexible, but you will have plenty of time for yourself. Our son and daughter will be in preschool Mon-Fri from 8:00 until 12. Our Au Pair will generally be expected to take care of the children Monday to Friday from 7 am when they wake up, until we leave for school, around 8:15 am, then again from 2:30 until 7 pm or so and from 7 am until 6 pm on Saturday with a two hour break during the day or a half day on Sunday occasionally. . We require a night out each week and schedule your hours so that we can. You never work more than 45 hours a week, unless we compensate you. We are happy to work around your schedule if you work around ours. You will have one and a half days off each week, as well as at least one weekend a month.
Your duties for the children would be to get them up in the mornings, get the children ready for school, prepare snacks, play with them, help with their meals, as well as bedtime rituals such
as bath. Most of all we want our au pair to be patient, kind and energetic and play, play, play.
We want someone who will be a part of the family and really pitch in when needed. There would also be a lot of free time since we are always around. I take the kids to a lot of activities during the week, which would give the au pair free time that is not in the general description above. For example, Friday afternoons I take the kids to soccer from 3:30 until 5 pm.
My husband is English and I am American. My husband works from home and I only work part-time from home. We have both lived a great deal of time in other countries and enjoy traveling. I was an au pair in Paris when I was a young girl so I understand the great advantages and would like to make this a memorable experience for our au pair.
We are ready to pay you 200 pounds every week, which we believe is ok by you?

Promessa paga! E mais um e-mail falso...
Meu quarto está todo bagunçado e eu estou morrendo de sono, contudo, aqui estou!!!
Vamos começar pela promessa?! Menos uma na minha conta, isso porque eu já tirei minha carteirinha de alberguista! AÊÊÊÊÊÊ!!! É isso aí... eu não sei como é que funciona quando se pede através da net, mas quando vai a uma das lojas da STB o processo é "pá-pum", ou seja, rapidinho! É na hora, ou melhor ainda, em torno de 15 minutos. Pois bem, perguntei se tem tempo de carência para poder usar a carteirinha e começar a usufruir dos benefícios. A resposta: Nadinha, já pode ser usada! Cumprida promessa!
Outro tópico super-conhecido nosso: e-mails falsos com convites para ser au pair... Novidade, né?! Pois é nenhuma, eles acabam sempre reaparecendo... Vou copiar e colar o e-mail aí embaixo.

Reparem que eu o cumprimentei em português para saber se ele falava nossa língua, mas pelo jeito ele não caíu ou realmente não é oriundo de país que fale o português. Também fui direta ao perguntar como pederia ser capaz de convidar alguém para cuidar dos filhos dele sem nem ao menos saber o nome da pessoa... "Eu achei seu e-mail em um site de au pair" (lógico que foi em um site de au pair!!! Dã!!!)... "qual o nome do site mesmo?" (até parece que eu iria dizer... hahaha, bobinho!) foram respostas estúpidas!!! Mas quem está afobado em ser logo au pair e encontrar uma família pode até cair nessa... por isso, MUITA PACIÊNCIA para fazer as coisas na maior segurança possível!
Amigos, por hoje é só. Acho que fiz minha parte.( A verdade é que estou m-o-r-r-e-n-d-o de sono).
Nunca desista de sonhar e de torná-lo realidade...faz parte da essência humana. Apenas convide Jesus para sonhar e torná-lo real em sua vida. Você verá o quão mais fácil fica quando se tem uma amigo tão unipotente para apoiá-lo.
