Minha Host Family Letter

Amigos, já que na série anterior está se falando da carta que é feita para as famílias a conhecerem melhor, eu decidi publicar a minha aqui, pois sei que muitas meninas ( e meninos também ) sentem dificuldades quando chega este momento.
A Au Pair Care está com um novo formulário com um espaço muito restrito para a carta, mas minha agência - World Study Travel - permitiu que eu escrevesse uma carta a parte para enviar junto com meu dossiê. Se a Au Pair Care vai aceitar ou não, isso é outra coisa, mas pelo que soube, muitas cartas estão passando quando são apenas de uma página.
Aí, vai minha Host Family Letter para ORIENTAÇÃO, nada de COPIAR, PLAGIAR, ou qualquer outro tipo do gênero, a minha cartinha... Imagina se uma família peg a minha e a sua carta?! Ficaria horrível para nós duas...E isso pode acontecer, não pense que o mundo é grande demais para acontecer tal coisa...

"Hello, Host Family!

My name is Ellen Cristina and I am from Brazil.
I am here applying myself to be your new au pair.
Let me introduce myself.
I am 23 years old and I live with my parents, my younger brother and some pets in Rio de Janeiro. Then, if you have any pet, I do not mind to help taking care of it. I like animals.
I have been studying at two famous universities in Rio: UFRJ and UERJ.
At UERJ, I have been studying education. I want to work teaching at some bilingual school.
Last year, I was trainee at a day care center. It was an awesome experience. I took care of children who they were 4 months – 16 months old.
At nursery, I used to bottle feed, spoon feed, burp, bath, change nappies, do massage, put to bed and play with them. I have worked there for 6 months. I loved it!
At UFRJ, I have been studying contemporary dance. I grew up dancing. I did baby classic ballet, later jazz, and now contemporary dance. I have been working with teenagers as dance teacher at my church. My students are 10 – 13 years old. I have worked since 2006. It is a rewarding voluntary work.
About my free time, I enjoy biking, roller skating, swimming, walking around with some friends or my dogs, visiting different malls. Also, I love going to amusement park. Indoors, I enjoy reading, listening music and cooking something different.
You can expect from me trustworthy, responsible and warm person to take care of your children. Also, I am friendly, so you can expect for helping every time when you need it. On the other hand, I would like to be part of the family. I would like have meals, to go out, travel and have fun with the family.
I really want to do this au pair program. It is a great opportunity to grow up as professional and as person.
I am looking forward to improve my English and to learn American culture. Then, I will do my best to live the best experience of my life until now.
